EasyCall Privacy Policy
Last updated: 6 November 2026 · EasyCall for Android
EasyCall is a simple calling interface published by LuckyDealGames. It keeps important contacts and calling actions easy to reach. This policy explains what the current Android version accesses, what it stores on the device, and how Android backup, the phone service, and WhatsApp are involved.
In brief: EasyCall does not send your contacts, call history, or WhatsApp missed-call details to LuckyDealGames. The current version has no user account, ads, analytics SDK, or in-app purchases. It does not request Internet permission. Android may still transfer selected EasyCall settings through its own backup or device-transfer service if that feature is enabled.
Information EasyCall accesses
- Contacts: when you open Contacts or choose a favourite, EasyCall reads contact names and phone numbers to display them. It does not edit or delete your address book. A favourite’s selected name and number are saved in the app’s private settings so the shortcut can be shown later.
- Phone call history: if you set EasyCall as the default phone app and grant call-history access, it reads recent missed regular calls to show the caller’s name and time and let you return the call. It reads the list from Android’s call history; EasyCall does not delete that system history. It stores local markers for calls you reviewed and cleared from the EasyCall list.
- WhatsApp missed-call notifications (optional): only after you explicitly grant Android Notification Access, EasyCall looks for WhatsApp notifications clearly marked as missed calls. It stores the notification title/name and time on the device, up to the 100 most recent entries. It does not read or store WhatsApp message contents. A return-call action is used only when WhatsApp itself provides one; otherwise EasyCall cannot start that WhatsApp call.
- Calling actions: when you choose to call, EasyCall passes the selected number or call action to Android’s phone service or WhatsApp. Those services handle the call under their own terms and privacy policies. EasyCall does not record call audio.
- Device state: EasyCall reads battery level and charging state to display a reminder. If you enable Quiet Mode, Android lets EasyCall manage its own Do Not Disturb rule; this feature does not read other apps’ notification contents.
Where information is stored and shared
Favourite names and numbers, calling preferences, and the limited WhatsApp missed-call details described above are stored in EasyCall’s private app storage on the device. EasyCall does not send this data to LuckyDealGames, sell it, or use it for advertising. No account or sign-in is required.
The current Android version allows Android’s backup and device-transfer system to include selected EasyCall settings, including favourite names and numbers. Android and your device settings control the backup provider and availability; LuckyDealGames does not operate a backup server. If you do not want these settings included in a backup, turn off Android backup for the device/app where that option is available.
When you place a call, the phone service/carrier or WhatsApp receives the information needed to connect it. Their own privacy policies apply to that processing.
If you email support, LuckyDealGames receives your email address and any information you choose to include, and uses it to respond. Your email provider also processes the message. This EasyCall page does not set advertising cookies or use analytics scripts; the website host may keep routine technical request logs under its own privacy terms.
Retention and deletion
Favourite settings remain on the device until you remove them, clear EasyCall’s app data, or uninstall the app. WhatsApp missed-call entries and reviewed-call markers are stored locally. Clearing the EasyCall list hides entries in EasyCall; it does not delete Android’s phone-call history or WhatsApp’s own records. Any Android backup copies are managed by the backup provider and your device/account settings.
You can review or revoke contacts, call-history, notification-access, notification-policy, and phone permissions in Android Settings. Revoking a permission may disable the related EasyCall feature.
Children, ads, and purchases
EasyCall is a utility for adults and families, not designed for children. The current version contains no ads and offers no in-app purchases. If a future version adds paid Plus features or a third-party purchase/analytics service, this policy will be updated before that version is released.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when app features or data practices change. The latest version will be posted at this address with a new revision date.
