LuckyBela Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to the LuckyBela mobile application on Android and iOS. LuckyBela is published under Lucky Deal Games, developed by Brex, and provided by Igor Brekalo (collectively, “LuckyBela”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Information Stored on Your Device

LuckyBela may store the following information locally so the game can function and remember your choices:

• chosen nickname and country code;
• game progress, saved match state, scores, declarations, and settings;
• selected opponent difficulty and match length; and
• whether a completed score has already been submitted.

Local information is not sent to us merely because it is stored on the device. It can generally be removed by clearing the app’s data or uninstalling the app, subject to platform backup behavior.

2. Online Leaderboard Data

Submitting a score is optional. If you choose to submit a completed match score, LuckyBela may transmit and store:

• your chosen nickname;
• your manually selected country code or Rest of World;
• ranked score and leaderboard category;
• match length, game mode, and opponent difficulty;
• app version; and
• submission and update timestamps.

This information is used to operate weekly player rankings, monthly country rankings, prevent invalid score replacement, maintain the game service, and show competition results in the app and on Lucky Deal Games websites.

Leaderboard entries are public. They may show the nickname, rank, score, selected country flag, match length, and difficulty. Do not use your real name or other personal information as your nickname.

3. Country Selection and Location

The player selects a country manually. LuckyBela does not request or collect GPS location, precise location, contacts, photos, microphone recordings, camera data, health data, or payment information.

Our service providers may process an IP address or derive a broad region as part of networking, security, fraud prevention, or advertising operations. LuckyBela does not use this information to replace your selected leaderboard country.

4. Firebase Realtime Database

LuckyBela uses Google Firebase Realtime Database to read and store online leaderboard entries. Firebase may process submitted leaderboard data, IP addresses, service identifiers, and limited technical or operational data to provide, secure, and maintain the service.

LuckyBela does not require Firebase Authentication and does not currently use Firebase Analytics or Google Analytics. If analytics or crash-reporting services are added to a future distributed version, the applicable store disclosures will be updated before that version is released.

5. Advertising and Optional Rewarded Ads

A distributed version of LuckyBela may display advertisements through Google AdMob, including optional rewarded ads that can provide an in-game second chance or similar gameplay benefit. Any in-game benefit has no real-world monetary value.

Where advertising is enabled, Google and its advertising partners may process device information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP address, app interactions, ad interactions, advertising identifiers where permitted, diagnostics, crash or performance information, and consent choices for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and service reliability.

On iOS, LuckyBela will not use the advertising identifier for tracking without any permission required by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework. If permission is not requested or granted, ads can operate without access to IDFA. On Android and in relevant regions, consent and advertising choices may be presented where required.

6. How We Use Information

Information described in this Policy may be used to:

• provide saved gameplay and player-selected settings;
• submit, display, rank, and maintain leaderboards;
• operate monthly country standings;
• protect the leaderboard and service from abuse or invalid submissions;
• maintain app reliability and diagnose technical problems; and
• provide and measure advertisements where advertising is enabled.

7. Sharing and Sale of Data

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared only as needed with service providers that support LuckyBela, such as Google Firebase and, where enabled, Google AdMob, or when required by law, necessary to protect rights and safety, or involved in a legitimate business transfer.

Third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy obligations. We require service providers used by LuckyBela to handle information with protections appropriate to their role.

8. Data Retention

Local game data remains on the device until it is replaced, cleared, or the app is removed, subject to device or platform backups.

Leaderboard entries may remain in weekly, monthly, historical, backup, security, or administrative records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the rankings, prevent abuse, resolve requests, and meet legal obligations. We may delete or anonymize entries when they are no longer needed.

9. Your Choices and Data Deletion

You may choose not to submit a leaderboard score. You may also reset local app data through your device settings or uninstall the app.

To request access, correction, or deletion of a leaderboard entry, email us and include the nickname, selected country, approximate submission date, and any other detail needed to locate the entry. Because LuckyBela does not use accounts, we may need reasonable information to verify and identify the relevant record.

Advertising and tracking choices, where applicable, can also be managed through the consent prompt and device privacy settings. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

10. Legal Bases and Regional Rights

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process data to provide requested app functionality, based on our legitimate interests in operating and securing the game, with consent where required, and to comply with legal obligations.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, withdraw consent, or lodge a complaint with a data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise a request.

11. International Processing

Firebase, AdMob, Apple, Google, and their service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Appropriate safeguards are applied as required by applicable law and the relevant service-provider terms.

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect app data. Network requests to Firebase use encrypted HTTPS/TLS connections. No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

13. Children

LuckyBela is not directed to children under 13 and is not intended for publication in a children-specific store category. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and remove it where appropriate.

14. Entertainment Only

LuckyBela is a traditional card game for entertainment. It does not provide real-money gambling, betting, cash prizes, deposits, withdrawals, cryptocurrency, or anything redeemable for real-world value.

15. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy when the app, law, or service providers change. The current version will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Material changes may also be communicated in the app or store listing where appropriate.
