EasyCall Terms of Use
Last updated: 6 November 2026 · EasyCall for Android
These terms govern your use of the EasyCall app, published by LuckyDealGames. By using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use EasyCall.
EasyCall is a simple interface that helps you access contacts and start calls. It does not provide telephone or internet service.
1. Publisher and support
App publisher: LuckyDealGames. For support, questions, or complaints, contact luckydealofficial@gmail.com.
2. Using the app
You may use EasyCall for personal calls and to manage shortcut display on your device. You must not use the app unlawfully, interfere with its operation, or try to bypass its security or technical measures.
To display and call selected people, you may grant access to contacts and other Android features. You are responsible for having the right to use the contact information you select. Data handling is also described in the Privacy Policy.
3. Phone and WhatsApp calls
EasyCall starts a call through the phone service on your device or, when available, through WhatsApp. Call availability depends on your device, Android, network coverage, SIM card, carrier, and WhatsApp availability and settings. Carrier call rates or internet charges may apply. WhatsApp is also governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
EasyCall does not guarantee that every call will be available or connect successfully. The app is an auxiliary interface and does not replace telephone service or the device’s built-in emergency calling features. In an emergency, use emergency calling on your device.
4. Licence and updates
As long as you comply with these terms, you may install and use EasyCall on a device you control. The app and its content remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights. These terms do not transfer ownership of the app to you.
We may release updates for fixes, security, or new features. Availability and compatibility depend on your device and Android version.
5. Price and paid features
The current EasyCall version covered by these terms does not offer in-app purchases. If we introduce a paid version or extra features, their price, contents, and purchase terms will be shown before purchase, and we will update these terms. Purchases through Google Play are also subject to Google Play’s terms and mandatory consumer rights.
6. Availability and responsibility
We aim to make EasyCall reliable, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or the availability of third-party services, including Android, your mobile carrier, and WhatsApp. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for interruption or failure of a third-party service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when the app, its services, or legal requirements change. The current version and its revision date will be posted on this page. We will aim to give clear notice of significant changes.
